Setup Requirements

If your setup location requires carrying the inflatable up more than 2 steps, please contact our office before placing your order so we can confirm availability and any special arrangements.

The customer must provide one dedicated electrical outlet within 75 feet of the setup area. The blower must remain connected and running during the entire rental period.

The access path and entrance must be at least 3.5 feet wide. Our delivery team cannot carry the inflatable through a house or living area.

The setup surface must be clean, level, and free of rocks, gravel, sharp objects, low branches, and overhead obstructions. Approved setup surfaces include real grass, artificial grass, and concrete.

Failure to meet the setup requirements may result in cancellation of the order and a charge of 50% of the total order amount.

Important

This inflatable is designed for dry use only. Water is not permitted.

Adult supervision is required at all times. Participants should remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, and sharp objects before entering. Food, drinks, candy, face paint, confetti, silly string, and pets are not allowed inside the inflatable.

For safety, children should be separated by age and size whenever possible. Rough play, flips, climbing on the walls, and hanging from the entrance or mesh panels are not permitted.
